  2. Proof of Purchase: Ensure that you provide us with proof of purchase.
  3. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its ‘as-new’ and original condition. This includes all internal and external packaging, accessories, labels, and manuals being complete and intact. The item should not be used, worn, opened, assembled, or damaged. It must be in 100% re-sellable condition upon our receipt.
  4. Photographic Evidence: You are required to send us photos of the product in its original packaging.
  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  6. Warranty Claims: Please note that you are not entitled to make any claims for breach of warranty.
  7. Postage Deductions: If you received free postage with your item, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-returnable Items: The following products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind:

– All forms of clearance stock.

Condition for Returns: Best World reserves the right to decline any return or refund for products not in as-new and original condition, including original packing. Items not returned in their original packaging may be subject to damage or soil during transit. Should we accept a return in packaging other than the original, a minimum re-packaging fee of $55 Inc GST may apply at our discretion. In such cases, you are responsible for ensuring the product is packaged adequately to prevent damage during transit.

Packaging Requirements: Best World will not accept any return or refund request without packaging.

Return Process: You are welcome to organize the return independently; however, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you prefer for us to arrange the return, please schedule it with us in advance. Kindly advise us when our courier can pick up the return, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number/label for tracking purposes. Please make sure to print and cover the previous label on the carton box.

Refund Processing: Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receiving your item back. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Customers are welcome to arrange Free Pick Up from our Melbourne-based warehouse.  Please call-in advance to ensure that your order is picked and packed for you.
