Our Best Price Guarantee ensures that if you find the same item at a lower price from any Reputable Australian store or online retailer, we will match and beat that price!

Here’s how it works:

• Record competitor’s pricing
• Contact us to discuss your needs and provide the competitor’s price.
• Make your purchase from us and enjoy the savings!

Terms & Conditions:

• The item must be brand new, not factory-reconditioned, soiled, or demo models. All features, accessories, warranties, and model numbers must be identical.
• The seller offering the lower price must have the item available in stock for immediate dispatch.
• The seller must be a reputable store or online retailer and adhere to Australian laws (i.e., must be an Australian site to ensure your protection under Australian consumer protection legislation). We reserve the exclusive right to determine what constitutes a reputable seller. Our assessment will be based on reasonable factors including whether the competitor has an Australian phone number, address, and ABN, as well as whether their products are stocked in Australia or shipped from overseas upon order.
• The item must be available for individual purchase (not as part of a bundled offer).
• This offer does not apply to auction items.
• Delivery and any additional fees and charges will be taken into account.
• All Best Price Guarantee requests must be made prior to the purchase.
• The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to resellers.
• We reserve the right to reject any Best Price Guarantee claims where we believe the submitted competitor’s quotation is not genuine.
• This offer does not apply to lower prices being offered on our own website due to price reductions or sale discounts which are given from time to time.
• As a condition of this Policy, we reserve the right to limit a customer’s entitlement to purchase a maximum of one unit of any item which has been the subject of this Policy, at the price calculated according to our Lowest Price Guarantee. We may, at our sole discretion, waive this right on request and allow more than one unit to be purchased at this lower price.
• Prices that we offer as part of the Best Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional coupons.
• Best Price Guarantee is subject to change without notice, but any changes will always be published on this page.
