- **Notification**: You must notify us in writing within 30 days from the date of purchase by sending an email to sales@bestworld.com.au.
- **Proof of Purchase**: Ensure that you provide us with proof of purchase.
- **Product Condition**: The product must be returned in its ‘as-new’ and original condition. This includes all internal and external packaging, accessories, labels, and manuals being complete and intact. The item should not be used, worn, opened, assembled, or damaged. It must be in 100% re-sellable condition upon our receipt.
- **Photographic Evidence**: You are required to send us photos of the product in its original packaging.
- **Return Shipping**: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- **Warranty Claims**: Please note that you are not entitled to make any claims for breach of warranty.
- **Postage Deductions**: If you received free postage with your item, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
**Non-returnable Items**: The following products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind:
